The Form teacher (or class teacher) is responsible for the welfare and development of members of the class.
On SAFSMS, the tasks of the form teacher are:
- Make roll call (stating whether the student is late, present or absent with the option of selecting the cause of absence from a list of options)
- Manage students’ school houses (e.g blue house, yellow house)
- Make general trait assessment
- Create general comments and compile cumulative
- Create students behavior assessment
- Update parents’ contact details
- View and print subject results (termly and cumulative)
