SAFSMS&You: Form Teacher

The Form teacher (or class teacher) is responsible for the welfare and development of members of the class.

On SAFSMS, the tasks of the form teacher are:

• Make roll call (stating whether the student is late, present or absent with the option of selecting the cause of absence from a list of options)
• Manage students’ school houses (e.g blue house, yellow house)
• Make general trait assessment
• Create general comments and compile cumulative
• Create students behavior assessment
• Update parents’ contact details
• View and print subject results (termly and cumulative)
