6 Essential Time Management Tips for Students
1. Priorities first!!!
Set a priority list of the most important things to the least important. Make sure you study for your biology test first before going for that party.
2. Set goals. Score goals
Set goals of achieving important things. Set a goal to learn polynomial by Wednesday evening. Setting goals in school is no different from scoring goals in a football match. There no win without a goal
3. Move your clock forward
It’s a universal rule for people to get to appointments at least 5 minutes before it starts. If your one who does things at the dying minutes why not move your minute hand 5 minutes forward. It’s self deception but it works.
4. Sleep zzzZ
An important precursor to good time management is good sleep management. You must get enough sleep for at least 6 hours daily. Besides when you sleep in class, everyone laughs at you!
5. Avoid Procrastination
There are two types of procrastination; one that has a deadline and one that doesn’t. The one that has a deadline is what we usually deal with in school and the one that doesn’t have a deadline is the one we deal with throughout our lives. Procrastination ruins grades and lives stay away from it at all times in order to have mastery on your time management.
6. Discipline
Time management is like faith and working out. To be strong in faith and muscle one must be consistent in devotion and practice. Indeed time waits for no man, but in order to tame time one must be disciplined enough to follow the steps mentioned.
