This is part 2 in our 10 part Guide to Social Media for Schools
Objectives should be specific and measurable.
For each of your stakeholder groups (parents, employees, students, local businesses and other schools) choose three communication objectives. An example might be to stimulate conversation with students about a specific topic, or to reach 50% of parents through social media with important messages about the school. Then, with the team who will be managing your social media accounts, work out how you aim to achieve these objectives. Objectives should be specific and measurable, including time frames.
